Terms of Use (TOU)
These TOU define the rules for using the Besta platform, including the public mobile application and the Pro Space for establishments.

1. Presentation of the application and service
Besta, located at 60 Rue François Ier, 75008 Paris – France, publishes: - A public mobile app to view events. - A SaaS platform (Pro Space) allowing establishments to manage and publish their events. Official website: https://www.besta-app.fr/ Contact: contact@besta-app.fr
2. Purpose of the TOU
These TOU define the conditions under which users and establishments access and use the services offered by Besta.
3. Access to the service
Mobile app: free and open access. Pro Space: requires a secure account via BetterAuth and Supabase, with manual validation of establishments.
4. Service operation
Establishments can add, modify, and delete their events. Each publication consumes one credit. Push notifications are sent via a Vercel cron.
5. User obligations
Users must provide accurate information, not publish illegal or third-party infringing content, and respect security systems. Besta may delete any account or content that does not comply.
6. Liability
Besta cannot be held responsible for interruptions, malfunctions, data loss, or the accuracy of information published by establishments.
7. Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR. More info: https://www.besta-app.fr/fr/legal/privacy
8. Intellectual property
All Besta content (texts, images, code, logos) is the exclusive property of Besta. Any reproduction or distribution is prohibited without permission.
9. Termination
Besta may suspend or delete an account for non-compliance with the TOU, fraudulent use, or at the request of the establishment.
10. Service and TOU evolution
Besta may modify features or the TOU at any time. Using the service after modification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The TOU are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
